The most creative, interesting, inventive and ofcourse the most delicious of the coffee brews is perhaps made by the best of the Baristas at Coffee Board's National Barista Championship. Indian Coffee brings you the recipe of the Signature Drinks of the finalists in the Competition to try at your kitchens. Happy brewing!

The Champion of the Baristas' for the year 2015 is the 22 year old Naman Kohli a Learning and Development Executive at Cafe Coffee day. He also won the best Latte Art Award at the India Barista Championship. Naman Kohli is a graduate in Hospitality and Hotel Administration and 18 months ago, he started his career at Cafe Coffee Day, The Square.

Naman's true passion for coffee kindled when he had to make and serve coffee to Mr. V.G. Siddhartha, the founder and entrepreneur of Cafe Coffee Day. This incident made him want to sharpen his coffee making skills and become the best Barista.

His interest in experimenting with coffee led him to take a transfer to Learning & Development Department at Coffee Day Group, where he underwent training in the art of coffee making and in devising novel concoctions that would be pleasant on the palates of coffee lovers. He is currently working as a trainer at cafe Coffee Day putting his skills to use and churn up interesting potions of coffee.
