Time to move on from typical juice popsicles. Today we are bringing 'Tea Popsicles', right on your digital screen. The name itself sounds so interesting that we are sure you are going to try making few by yourself.

Today Ice popsicles are famous across the globe; however, it originated long back from the days of the Roman empire. In ancient Rome, workers were sent to the mountains to bring blocks of ice for their masters. Later the ice blocks were crushed and served with fruit and spice syrups.

Today, Ice Popsicle in England is called as ice lolly and icy poles in New Zealand. Considering the tea lovers that we are, Indians have carried forward the concept of Ice popsicles to Tea popsicles.

Now without further ado, we will tell you how to make Tea Popsicles.

In order to make delicious tea popsicles, you will have to double the amount of tea you would normally use as once the tea is frozen, it weakens the flavour. You will also have to add extra sugar to maintain the sweetness even in the frozen state. You can also add different flavours or sweeteners for variety

Considering the popularity, there are different types of Tea popsicles that are available and can be made easily at home. As mentioned above brew your chosen tea flavour with double the amount of tea leaves and sugar. Strain your tea leaves. Pour it in a Popsicle, add fruits if you want that extra appeal and freeze it.
