Cold Coffee Is All You Need This Summer

Once the sun is up in the sky and the sweltering heat gets the better of you, there’s no better solace than a glass of cold coffee. It gives you the much needed energy boost and refreshes your senses.

This drink is a saviour for you if you love coffee but the thought of having hot coffee in summers is unthinkable.

Want to make your own iced coffee at home? Here’s a recipe to get you started:

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 1 tbsp warm water
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • Ice cubes as required
  • 1 tsp chocolate syrup.

Instructions (1 cup =255 ml)

  • In a container, mix 1 tsp of instant coffee powder with 1 tbsp of warm water.
  • In a blender add milk and prepared instant coffee mix.
  • Add cocoa powder and powdered sugar.
  • Add ice cubes.
  • Blend
  • Top with chocolate syrup

Serve chilled!
